Today marks the day of "Lucid" completion (Thursday, April 28, 2011)... HORAY! It’s bittersweet however because I have invested so much blood sweat and tears into this project for a solid two years or more! I’m very proud of how everything is sounding and it’s time to give birth to this thing : ) I’m sitting here typing feeling a great deal of gratitude for all of you who have not only shown your support through pre-ordering, but have gone the extra mile to be apart of this campaign club... I can’t thank you enough!
It’s funny how anti-climactic this point of the recording process feels every time I finish the final mixing & mastering of a new project because I’m still at least a few weeks out from anyone even hearing it. That will be the time to truly celebrate but for now – anyone at home who is reading this blog entry – let us toast in spirit! I can’t wait for you to hear this album and I hope you’ll email with any feedback as I always love hearing from you: gregory@gregorydouglass.com
